Service Validation Report (C6)

The C6 Validation Report documents the compliance of the PROMOTE 2 Service Portfolio and its Products, delivered to end-Users, with the applicable technical Specifications and Service Level Agreements (SLA). The validation of all Services and Products is done by every Service Provider in accordance with the Validation Protocol described in the Service Validation Protocol (C5) (October 2009).

The C6 Validation Report aims at demonstrating a User-defined quality level for all PROMOTE Products and Services and at verifying the availability of tools and procedures necessary to guarantee this level of quality during Service provision. Through detailed referencing and links to additional documents and resources, this report also guarantees the traceability of the PROMOTE 2 Service Portfolio validation as well as of the progress made phase after phase.
